Chiropractor Reading MA Alive and Well Chiropractic Computer Vision Syndrome

Hello,

This is your Reading, MA chiropractor Dr. Anne Marie Marcellino.  Check out my new video on computer vision syndrome.  In this I talk about how electronic devices can impact your sight and ways to help strengthen your eyes when using them.  Subluxations (pressure on your nerves) can be caused by chronic neck and upper back pain/tension when straining your eyes in front of your electronic devices.  Having regular eye exams, eating good quality fats/oils, having raw veggies and fruits as well as taking hourly breaks to help relax your eye muscles and to help rebalance your posture.

Enjoy the video and have a great day!
