Hi, this is your Reading MA chiropractor Dr. Anne Marie Marcellino.  In this video I mention that by 2020 61 million people will have decreased bone mass or osteoporosis by 50 years old or older.  I explain how to decrease your chances of decreased bone mass or osteoporosis by watching what you put into your body to use as food.  Performing weight bearing exercises at least three times per week.  Having regular chiropractic care for better alignment while stretching your major muscle groups to improve posture and to keep your bones strong.
