1 egg
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups of nut flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Optional Ingredients:
1 T chopped fresh ginger
1/4 cup of chopped nuts
1/2 cup raisins
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
